Q1-Q2 2026

• Refine based on user feedback
• Add authentication
• Improve AI guidance quality
• Mobile-optimized web experience
• Prepare for broader beta

Goal: 50-100 users, proven transformation stories

Phase 3: Private Beta

Q2-Q3 2026

• Open to more MD practitioners
• Community features (simple)
• Better progress tracking
• iOS/Android apps (if needed)

Goal: 500 active users, sustainable model

Phase 4: Public Launch

Q4 2026

• Open registration
• Pricing model launched
• Documentation and support
• Begin expansion to other texts

Goal: 1,000 deeply transformed users
